1. Payment & Cancellation
- Payment Terms
- 50% of the total fee is required upon confirmation of services as a deposit.
- Remaining 50% is due after installation or completion of services.
- Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
- Cancellation & Postponement
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in 100% of the total fee being charged.
- If an event is postponed, all items listed in the quotation will be subject to availability.
- Additional Services
- Separate charges apply for any additional items or services requested.
- Late Payment
- Outstanding payments not received upon completion of services will incur a late fee of 5%.
- Security Deposit
- Security deposit will be fully refunded 60 days after the promotion/event has ended, provided there is no breach of terms or damage to the event venue.
2. Event Changes
- Any change in date, time, or location must be approved by us.
- Non-refundable expenses or additional fees are the client’s responsibility.
3. Liability & Indemnity
- Creative Tag Design will make every effort to provide high-quality services.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including illness, accidents, weather, or vendor issues.
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from guests, vendors, or third parties.
4. Intellectual Property & Promotion
- We may use photos, videos, or recordings of the event for promotion.
- No compensation is required for such use.
5. Website Use
- Use of our website is at your own risk.
- All content, including text, graphics, and media, is owned by Creative Tag Design or licensed to us.
- Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
6. Privacy & Cookies
- We collect personal data only to provide services.
- Cookies may be used to improve website experience.
- Data is protected and will not be shared for marketing without consent.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
- Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
